I've recently read a book from Haemin Sunim, one of the most influential Zen Buddhist teachers on this planet.
Well that's a lie, I actually read it for the 5th time.
The book is called 'The Things You Can See Only When You Slow Down'.
The book is amazing and always helps me to ground myself.
There are too many quotes to list but I want to leave you with one which helps me center myself and always brings me back to my WHY.
'Choose happiness, not success as your life's goal. If you become successful but aren't happy, then what is the point?'
