A Rowdy Group

After the first lockdown here in the UK I went to a local gastro pub with my wife and daughter.

 

Next to us was a table with 6 ladies in their fifties.

 

A rowdy group 🤣.

 

They started with a bottle of wine and went onto cocktails.

 

Save to say they were having a proper good time.

 

What I loved about it was that they didn't seem to notice anyone apart from themselves in the pub.

 

They joked, they laughed, they were glowing.

 

I looked at my wife and said "That's what it's all about, that's what being in the moment means."

 

They focussed on being alive. Enjoying life isn't about being young.

 

Joy and companionship are all important parts of our life.

 

Here's to possibilities, improbabilities and surprises.
